Due to high demand, we have a 3-business day processing time, although most orders will ship within 2 days (excluding weekends)
All orders over $150 qualify for free Fedex Ground shipping
All other orders will have a flat rate $10 shipping fee for Fedex Ground Shipping

Although we are confident that you will be happy with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns for all products within 30 days of delivery.
Please note that a $10 return fee for shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. To be eligible for a return your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
To begin the online return process, please click here and complete the following steps:
1. Login
2. Navigate to your dashboard under My Account
3. Open your orders history list
4. Open the order contained the item you need returned
5. Select this option to start the RMA (Return Merchandise request) process

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at [email protected] if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
